We usually carry spare parts and often will
have the right part when we find a problem. If not we will
find it and bring it to you.

help. Our staff is courteous and professional and will solve
your problem - guaranteed!
RATES
Our rates are competitive but vary depending on your location
and the problem. You are billed for the time our technician
is at your location, and not for travel time. Also you will
be billed in 15 minute increments, so 1 1/2 hours of work
is billed as 90 minutes, not 2 hours. Rates after hours and
on weekends(after 10PM and on Sunday) vary depending on availability.
There is a one hour mim for onsite callsThis fee includes
any time needed to diagnose and fix the problem.
Generally we try to keep spare parts and software
on hand to limit the need to visit the store and our prices
on most items are generally less than what you would find
at most local stores.
AVAILABILITY & LOCATION
We try to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Often
we can help you immediately but we can also schedule appointments.
Our office is located in West Houston but we can travel to
anywhere in the Houston metro area.
